Proven leadership, real estate development, sales, team building acuity, fundraising and execution skills. Substantial experience in ESG, Sustainability and Impact Investing. Recchia was an early pioneer in solving and creating a global affordable and scalable housing solution. Recchia has been instrumental as the hard charging sponsor of the Sportsman brand and project development from start up to the current point in time where the project is today. He has also built the current core team for the project and has over 25 years experience in the region.
