Wagoner was the senior managing director and an owner of CM Plus, Inc. The firm was founded in Memphis, Tennessee on January 1, 1996. By melding experience from both the construction and design industries, they were able to deliver a complete package of professional services to the Owner. Their strong understanding of design enabled them to approach projects with the sensitivity necessary for the successful completion of any project.

Wagoner has had responsibilities on numerous Mississippi casino and resort new build projects. His experience will allow us to coordinate the complete project from site planning to final design and ultimately the completion of all construction. This ability and experience not only allows him to expedite projects and reduce overall costs, but also promotes a level of quality that is rarely achieved. His experienced on-site personnel have produced an enviable track record of saving clients time, money, and minimizing construction conflicts.
