Charles has over thirty years' casino and Native American Class II gaming management, executive, and consulting experience, following four years of "Big 8" accounting experience. During his successful career, Charles served as Director of Internal Audits for Resorts International and Vice President of Finance for Park Place Entertainment, where he used his expertise to significantly improve their profits year over year. Subsequent to Park Place, Charles also served as GM for Ocean Downs racetrack and CFO for Sun Cruz casinos.

In addition, he spent four years working for the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma developing their new casino and its infrastructure and assisting with the development of their gaming commission. His vast experience provided him the ability to improve the ROI, lower capital expenditures, and increase net operating income for each organization.
