White has more than thirty-five years' experience, with both operations and finance in the gaming/resort/hospitality industry. His experience covers national and international arenas where he held various senior management positions. With his hands-on experience in gaming operations and finance, regulatory issues, strategic economic planning, and project development in both corporate and Native American environments, White has the much-needed expertise to successfully develop, manage, and operate multimillion-dollar projects.

Significant respective projects include Sun City Hotel & Casino Resort; Mmabatho Sun Casino Resort; Molopo Sun Hotel & Casino Resort; The Royal Hotel; Cape Sun Hotel; (all in Southern Africa) and Grand Victoria and Casino by Hyatt; Winnavegas Casino; Players Island Casino and Resort; Agua Caliente Casino; Red Earth Casino; Casino Rouge; Circus Circus Louisiana Casino; Waterford Hotel Group, Fifth Street Gaming, and Global Investments. In addition, White has held key gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions, in both corporate and Native American environments. He is a Certified Public Accountant, license retired.
